In addition to vapor purification, Centrifix also offers liquid-liquid separation technology. The Centrifix Liquid-Liquid Separator is a commercially available product that can separate immiscible liquids so efficiently that the effluent can contain 3 PPM or less of the unwanted liquid, and performs the separation in a single pass through the unit. In cases of insoluble liquids, effluent can be reduced to the true solubility level.
This separation is performed by entirely mechanical means and without any need for chemical additives (except in the case of a chemically produced stable emulsion).
